1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed by you on ferel.co. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully beforehand.

You must be of legal age in your country and acting as an individual consumer to purchase from us. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may discontinue any item at any time.

We update these Terms periodically without notice; the version online at the time of your order will apply.

To keep our platform running smoothly, you agree not to:

• Take actions that harm our business, products, or services.
• Use any automated systems, spiders, or bots to crawl, copy, or navigate the site.
• Interfere with the site's security or another user's experience.

We reserve the right to immediately block access and close accounts for violations.

2. Pricing & Shipping

Prices on ferel.co exclude local sales taxes, import duties, and delivery fees. Any applicable taxes or customs duties for your destination country will be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are clearly detailed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight, and all duties and customs charges at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Products are available for delivery worldwide, with orders being processed once payment has been authorised.

Regarding delivery timelines, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, please allow 7–21 days for shipping. For international orders, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on customs clearance in the destination country, and all duties and customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Completion

Orders are placed exclusively through ferel.co Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. An alternative refund method can be used with your consent at no extra cost.

4. Item Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, with all original tags and labels fully intact.

Exclusions: Sale items are final sale. Special collections or capsule collaborations may have unique return terms.

5. Returns & Replacements

At FEREL, every garment is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques and requires extensive time and skilled craftsmanship to produce. Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us at ayesha@ferel.co with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once your request has been approved, the defective item must be returned to FEREL and received by us within the following timeframes:

* Orders within Pakistan: The item must reach us within 7 days of the delivery date.

* International orders: The item must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date.

The cost of shipping the item back to FEREL is the customer's responsibility. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will repair or replace it and ship the corrected piece back to you at no additional charge.

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. Items damaged through wear, improper care, alterations, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for repair or replacement.

6. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards (including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express).

Payment is authorised immediately upon placing your order, but your account will not be charged until the items leave our fulfilment centre. We reserve the right to validate accounts, credit limits, and shipping details before completing any transaction. Your official invoice will be attached to your shipping confirmation email.

7. Liability Limits

Ferel is only responsible for foreseeable losses resulting directly from a breach of these Terms, and we do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages—such as lost profits or intangible losses—arising from your use of our website, and our maximum liability for any order issue is strictly limited to the total price paid for that order. Furthermore, Ferel is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by a force majeure event beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected global shipping and customs delays, during which our performance windows will be extended for the duration of the disruption.

8. Colour & Size Disclaimers

We make every effort to display true product colours and fabric details. However, actual colours depend on your display screen and cannot be guaranteed.

Size charts and measurements provided on ferel.co are approximate guidelines to help you find the right fit. Actual garment measurements may vary slightly depending on the fabric and manufacturing process.

9. IP & Rights

All intellectual property—including trademarks, brand naming, unique fabric patterns, and website content—belongs strictly to Ferel and its licensors. You may only use ferel.co for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, storing, or reusing our content without written permission is prohibited.
